Part-Time Accounts Payable Admin - Flexible "Mothers Hours"
Hours: Approx. 10-20 hours per week, flexible within Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk. If you have AP experience and are looking for a predictable, yet adaptable, daytime schedule we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and processing invoices, assisting with vendor inquiries and account reconciliations, miscellaneous filing and office organization.

Qualifications include previous experience in accounts payable, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office and ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Estimator/Project Manager

Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time estimator/project manager for our Holbrook, MA office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform detailed, quality take-offs for electrical projects

  • Prepare qualifications and assumptions for the estimate

  • Develop subcontractor scope, procure competitive pricing

  • Manage all aspects of projects including construction and turnover

  • Manage subcontractors and vendors throughout the project to assure deliverables and milestones are met

  • Ability to understand details, problem solve and come up with creative solutions

  • Manage project costs

  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, design partners and subcontractors.

  • Build relationships with owners, subcontractors and vendors

Assistant Project Estimator

Performance Electrical Contractors, Inc. is seeking a full-time assistant project estimator for our Holbrook, MA office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the execution of bid take-off’s

  • Coordinate price requests with vendors

  • Coordinate project bulletins and RFI’s

  • Execute bid responses

  • Manage bid correspondence as directed

  • Excellent communication skills required

  • Experience with estimating programs preferred

The preferred work hours for these positions are between 7:00am-5:00pm. All full-time positions include paid time off, 401(k) options, holiday pay, competitive salary and insurance.
